1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services provided by Psy Planner ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, logging in, or otherwise using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Definitions

  • Service: Our web application that helps professionals manage clients, sessions, and related data.
  • User / You: An individual or organization that uses the Service.
  • Integrations: Third-party services we connect to, such as Google, HubSpot, Supabase, and Stripe.

3. Account, Authentication & Google Sign-In

To use certain features you must create an account. We support authentication via Google Sign-In (Google OAuth). When you sign in with Google, we receive your basic profile information (name, email, profile picture) as permitted by Google. You are responsible for the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Integrations & Third-Party Services

Our Service may connect with third-party products to provide enhanced functionality. This includes:

  • HubSpot — for CRM sync and contact enrichment (where enabled by you).
  • Supabase — used as our backend data store and authentication helper for certain features.
  • Stripe — used to process payments, subscriptions, and invoices.

Using these integrations requires you to accept the third party's terms and privacy policies. We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their content or practices. You may disconnect any integration through your account settings where available.

5. Payments, Billing & Stripe

Paid plans are processed by Stripe. By subscribing you authorize us to charge your selected payment method through Stripe. All payments are subject to Stripe's terms. We may offer monthly and annual billing; annual plans typically provide a discount in exchange for upfront payment.

Refunds are provided at our discretion and in accordance with any refund policy displayed at the time of purchase. If you have billing questions or need support, contact our billing team (see Contact section).

6. Data, Privacy & Supabase

We store user data and application data using Supabase. We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. Our Privacy Policy (link below) explains what data we collect, how we use it, retention practices, and your rights.

Note: integrations such as HubSpot and Google may share user data with their services; the handling of such data is governed by those providers' policies.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for illegal activities, to violate the rights of others, or to upload content that is unlawful, harmful, or abusive. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach this section.

8. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the Service and its content (excluding your content) remain with us or our licensors. You retain ownership of the data you upload to the Service but grant us a limited license to operate, display, and reproduce that data as necessary to provide the Service and as otherwise described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for breaches of these Terms or for suspicious activity. On termination, we may delete or anonymize your account data after any applicable notice or grace period described in our policies.

10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (or $100 if you have not paid us).

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When changes are material we will provide notice (for example by email or in-product notification). Continued use of the Service after notice constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
